Train more compactly. Position more precisely.

The VETPAD. petite is a compact, air-filled unstable training surface. It responds to your dog’s shifts in weight and movements, encouraging active balancing movements.

To maintain its position, your dog must continuously stabilize its body. This specifically engages balance, proprioception, coordination, and body control.

Thanks to its smaller training surface, the VETPAD. petite is particularly well suited to smaller dogs—but it can also be used strategically with medium-sized and larger dogs when more precise paw placement or more deliberate position work is required.

What makes the VETPAD. petite special?

  • COMPACT TRAINING AREA

30 × 30 × 6 cm for targeted paw placement and compact training setups.
  • TWO STRUCTURED SURFACES

One side with a ribbed texture, the other with a raised-dot texture—for varied tactile sensations and sensory stimulation.
  • EDGE-STABLE & STANDING-SECURE

The stable edge provides a secure footing and makes it easier to maintain controlled positions.
  • PRECISE POSITIONING WORK

The smaller surface area can encourage more deliberate paw placement and more targeted body control.
  • ACTIVE BALANCE

The air-filled surface responds to shifts in weight, so your dog has to continually adjust its position.
  • MADE IN GERMANY

Made in Germany and developed for regular use at home as well as in professional training.

Compact—but not just for small dogs.

At 30 × 30 × 6 cm, VETPAD. petite is significantly more compact than VETPAD. ORIGINAL.

The smaller surface is especially suitable for smaller dogs, but can also be useful for medium-sized and larger dogs when more precise paw placement and targeted positioning are the focus.

Would you like more standing space?

At 42 × 42 × 8 cm, VETPAD. ORIGINAL offers a larger training surface for more spacious positioning.

Small dogs as well as medium to large dogs for more precise paw placement and targeted positioning exercises

More instability does not automatically mean better training.

Choose a training surface that allows your dog to maintain the desired position and perform each exercise in a controlled manner.

Train even more versatilely with two VETPAD.s.

With two unstable training surfaces, you can position the forehand and hindquarters separately, vary the spacing, and add balance and stability exercises.

The BALANCE DUO combines two VETPAD.s in a coordinated set.

A stable foundation meets active balance.

Combine VETPAD. with VETBASE. if you want to deliberately combine unstable training stimuli and fixed positioning in one setup.
