The yielding surface of the VETPAD reacts to your dog's movements. As a result, your dog must continuously make small balancing movements to maintain its position – this challenges balance, body awareness, and coordination.
The VETPAD can be used individually or combined with other training surfaces, making it suitable for many different training goals and fitness levels.
Both variants offer the same unstable training concept. Which size is a better fit depends on your dog and the desired exercise.
42x42x8cm
The larger training surface offers more space for paw positioning and versatile balance exercises. It is particularly suitable if your dog requires a more generous standing area or if you would like to set up exercises with more freedom of movement.
30x30x6cm
The more compact training surface is particularly suitable for smaller dogs and more targeted paw placement. Even with larger dogs, the smaller surface can be used deliberately to build positions more precisely.

With two unstable training surfaces, you can position the forehand and hindquarters separately, vary distances, and set up different balance and stability exercises. The BALANCE DUO combines two VETPAD.s in a coordinated set.
Combine VETPAD. with VETBASE. if you want to intentionally integrate unstable training stimuli and fixed positioning into one setup.
A controlled starting position and clean execution are the foundation for effective training. In our training area, we show you how to get started with VETBASE. and build up exercises step by step.
